The Technical Stuff
After our first initial meeting and watching you play, we will come up with a training plan. Our goal will focus on your technical ability as well as the tactical part or your game based on your position. We will work on the aspects that college coaches will focus on when they are out recruiting.
Our Expertise
Guiding players in their search for the right fit. Focusing on the reality of what level their attributes will take them. This enables us to put all the time and energy into the right place. Understanding what college coaches are looking for in a player and how best to email and get in front of the colleges of your choice. This includes emails, highlight videos, ID camps and the training we do to get you ready.

Our Experience
Seeing the recruiting side from the college side as a Div 1 coach and helping over 100 athletes go to college, I understand what works and what does not. I know what engages the coach and what is a waste of energy and time in sending emails or making calls. While scouting the top schools in the country and seeing those players, I am able to see what attributes college players need and are able to train the players on specifics and to guide them so they are going to the proper level of school.
Our Approach
It all starts with our first 1 hour consultation and the college questionnaire you fill out. We will meet and go over the form and see if this is a good fit for you. After that visit we will come up with a year plan to help you through the process. This is a commitment between the two of us .
